Thank you Dan!

Dan,
Thank you so much for all of your help these past 7 weeks. Thank you for bringing me breakfast and my vitamins every morning. Thank you for making sure I have enough food and that I’m drinking lots of water. Thank you for putting a chair in front of my sink in the bathroom so I can sit to brush my teeth. Thank you for playing video games in the living room instead of the basement just to keep me company. Thank you for doing lots of work in the nursery. Thank you for keeping the kitchen clean all day long. Thank you for turning the lights on in the hallway, so I can see when I come to bed. Thank you for taking me to my appointments and picking up my medicine. Thank you for tackling my Type A to do list. Thank you for doing the laundry. Thank you for not getting annoyed that I have to set an alarm to take my medicine at 4am. Thank you for grocery shopping. Thank you for getting me a body pillow to help me sleep. Thank you for running up and down the stairs (or even home from the gym) to get my medicine when I forget to bring it with me. Thank you for doing the shopping for the babies and calling me and sending me pictures so that I could be a part of it too. Thank you for getting me a belly brace. Thank you for ordering movies for me to watch. Thank you for spending time with me on the couch. Thank you for doing all of that (and more) and not making me feel like a burden. It’s been hard being on bed rest, but you make it so much easier, and sometimes even fun. You should know that you have a lot to do with the boys staying put for so long. I feel so lucky to have such a great husband and I wish I could do something more to thank you right now. Someday I might be able to make it up to you, but if I can’t, just know that I am grateful even when I forget to say it.
That being said, we have about 5 more weeks to go (if all goes well) before we get to meet our little guys. I hope you’re up for it!
I love you,
Laurie

Perfect….It’s so important to know that you are there for each other and your babies
